The university offers courses in literature and humanities, natural sciences and technology, medicine, law, economics and business administration, administrative sciences and education. Its premises are mostly located in the Créteil district, but some are also found in Sénart, Fontainebleau and Vitry on the Seine.

About the place
Paris is the capital of France. With over 2 million inhabitants, it is also the largest city in Germany's neighboring country. Beautifully situated on the Seine River, this divides the city into a northern part and a southern part.
For the centrally organized state of France, Paris represents the main transportation hub for both domestic and foreign travel. It is also the political, economic and cultural center of France, with the Musée du Louvre in particular. In addition, world-famous monuments and buildings are located in Paris, such as the Arc de Triomphe, the Élysée Palace or the Pantheon. The cosmopolitan city can thus advertise itself with many enticing arguments.
