The Faculty of Law at Leibniz Universität Hannover currently has around 2000 students. Like all law faculties, the Faculty of Law in Hanover primarily offers law programmes in accordance with federal and state regulations. In addition to these strict requirements, the Faculty of Law in Hanover has been able to distinguish itself in the areas of international and European law, lawyer-oriented training, intellectual property law and IT law through special supplementary study programmes.
