1. Requirement for an online application
Registration for the LL.B. program is generally possible for the winter semester of each year. However, in the context of a double degree program or a change of program from a law degree program, registration is possible for the summer semester.
The application is possible in the period from June 1 to July 15 (winter semester) from December 1 to January 15 (summer semester) via the central application portal of Leibniz Universität Hannover.

2. Letter of motivation and proof of language skills
In addition to the completed application form, you must include a letter of motivation and proof of your English language skills with your application.
In many cases, however, the proof of language proficiency can already be provided by your high school diploma.

3. Application for the double degree
All students, i.e. also those who are already enrolled at the Faculty of Law of Leibniz Universität Hannover and therefore wish to complete the LL.B. parallel to the state examination, must submit an application for double studies.
The document must be printed and signed and submitted with all required documents.

4. Placement recommendation
Both students who are already enrolled in the Law program and external applicants require a placement recommendation from the Faculty of Law.
