Criminal Law, Sanctions and Criminology

In recent years, the emphasis of research has been on the area of sanctions law. Here, a large number of doctorates, conferences and third-party funding successes were recorded. Following a reorganization of the staff, research is increasingly being conducted in the area of digitalization and modern technologies. In the area of computer criminal law, there are intra-faculty cooperations with the Institute for Legal Informatics.
